I did the four month package with Tiffany and I would recommend her  to anyone who wants to live a healthier lifestyle without the restrictions and monotony of cookie-cutter meal plans or diets.

As someone who isn’t great at kicking bad eating habits or resisting the temptation to over indulge on chocolate, Tiffany helped me find healthier alternatives to curb my bad habits and make small changes that were sustainable. I’ve seen great results and plan to continue following the tips and guidance Tiffany has given me throughout the program.
