Because, I’m not perfect,… but I want to feel good. When I take care of myself and my body I feel good. That’s it, it’s that simple. I love my jobs (yes jobs) all of them! They all in some way or another promote health, wellness, fitness and movement!
Everyone’s path in health and wellness is individual. Everyone is different and unique. There is no “cookie-cutter” diet, cleanse, or fix that will perform miracles for us all. For many of us it’s finding a balance between ourselves, our work life and our family life. It’s being prepared and preparing to have bumps in the road ahead.
