After I severely broke my ankle I needed to learn to walk again. Climbing stairs was a major inssue as my foot didn’t bend. Tiffany had been massaging my arthritic back for years and suggested some techniques for my ankle. Through her guidance I have regained my mobility. During our workouts we focused on issues that may have been caused by the injury and have developed strategies for strengthening and balance. Aging is difficult but with Tiffany’s personal individual approach I can maintain my strength, stamina and mobility to enjoy activities with my grandchildren.
