Coming from a women-only circuit fitness establishment, I had originally signed up for personal training as a way to become more comfortable/familiar with a regular gym environment. I had chosen Tiffany from the many training options available at the gym I selected. I soon found that my random selection was one of the best possible decisions I could have made. What I’ve gotten out of our sessions goes way beyond what I had hoped for. Tiffany’s education and experience were immediately apparent. Upbeat and supportive from day one, Tiffany has shown my a wide variety of work outs that go beyond the traditional burpies and squat-thrusts. We dabbled in TRX, spin and pilates. I learned what a Bosu was. The results were quick and tangible. Thanks to Tiffany’s guidance and encouragement, I went from being able to run for thirty seconds at a time to being able to run thirty minutes at a time. I am able to do ‘real’ push ups. I can lift weights using proper technique, thanks to Tiffany. Tiffany has turned me from an insecure gym-dodger to a person who looks forward to her regular work outs.
