  • Tiffany and I have not been working together that long but with her guidance I have accomplished much. First of all you need to know I came to her with some disabilities due to a serious illness 7 years ago. With her background in massage therapy and physiotherapy I am now able to lift a 5 pound weight above my head, When I started with Tiffany I could barely lift my left arm above my head.   • After I severely broke my ankle I needed to learn to walk again. Climbing stairs was a major inssue as my foot didn’t bend. Tiffany had been massaging my arthritic back for years and suggested some techniques for my ankle. Through her guidance I have regained my mobility. During our workouts we focused on issues that may have been caused by the injury and have developed strategies for strengthening and balance. Aging is difficult but with Tiffany’s personal individual approach I can maintain my strength, stamina and mobility to enjoy activities with my grandchildren.
